Product Variations: Since our pouches are handmade, it's important to note that each pouch may have slight variations in size due to the nature of the manufacturing process.
Custom Orders : We will try to do everything unique so we don’t do stocks . Keep your eyes on the limited monthly drop .
Care Instructions: We recommend hand-washing your pouches using a mild detergent and cool water. Gently rub any stains with a soft sponge or fabric brush in a circular motion, then rinse the pouch with clean cool water until all the detergent is removed. Do not tumble dry, and instead air-dry your pouches to prevent shrinkage or damage.
Shipping and Delivery Timelines: Our process for making each pouch takes approximately 4 days. Estimated delivery time is typically between 4-5 days , but please note that these timelines are subject to change based on factors such as order volume or shipping delays. We will do our best to keep you updated on any changes.
Quality Control: To ensure that each pouch meets our high standards for quality, we personally inspect each pouch before shipping to our customers. This includes checking the size and dimensions of each pouch, ensuring that the stitching and zippers are secure, and making any necessary repairs or adjustments.
