* Arc-en-ciel își rezervă dreptul de a refuza orice retur care nu respectă politica noastră de returnare.
* Termenul de rambursare a banilor este de maxim 14 zile calendaristice din momentul in care returul a fost preluat.
* Termenul de schimb este de 14 zile. Schimbul va fi livrat inapoi clientului, in termen de maxim 5 zile lucrătoare.
* Termenul de retur este de 14 zile.
